Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the daily docking work of domestic customers, including:

Quotation, contract, payment and delivery of accessories;

Coordination and dispatch of after-sales work, and statistics of workload after completion;

After-sales staff travel and reimbursement management;

2. Responsible for the bidding work of domestic customers, including bidding document docking, typesetting, checking, printing, binding and sending;

3. When the foreign trade salesman is on a business trip, cooperate to complete the delivery and take pictures;

4. Responsible for the relevant documents required by domestic customers;

5. Responsible for taking pictures of new equipment and company publicity and auxiliary work;

6. Responsible for other temporary work assigned by the leader.

Job Qualification Requirements:

1. College degree or above, with particularly outstanding professional skills, the academic requirements may be appropriately relaxed;

2. Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and serious;

3. Proficient in using office software, with outstanding Excel skills;

4. Under the age of 50;

5. Ability to use English for daily work is preferred.
